As part of The Phoenician’s landmark, multi-million dollar renovation—the largest property reinvestment since the storied resort opened in 1988—came an all-new destination spa like nothing else in the region. Commit was approached to develop and execute The Phoenician Spa’s new brand identity from scratch, including in-depth research, design work, content creation, new photography and a comprehensive social media strategy. Commit then designed an overall spa experience focused on guiding individuals through a truly personalized journey toward wellness. The result was a bold, cohesive brand infrastructure and social media framework that helped the new spa hit revenue goals, and more, ahead of schedule within months of engagement.
