Dissatisfied with waning customer brand engagement and sales pre-launch of several new products, TASER, the civilian division of AXON, approached Commit with the opportunity to elevate their current marketing efforts.
We immediately got to work with the goal of increasing online traffic, regaining current customer satisfaction and enticing new customers through a streamlined and engaging user experience. Beginning with a solid strategy based on in-depth research and knowledge of the marketplace, the Commit’s Web and Creative teams brainstormed ways to make the Pulse 2 landing irresistible to potential customers. The success of these efforts were so tangible, Commit’s scope of work was expanded to include new product naming, packaging and more for their upcoming product line still in development.
All this amped up marketing resulted in an immediate 9% increase in online store sessions, with a 19% rise in sessions driven by search traffic. Visitor count increased by 10%, conversion rates improved by 75%, total orders surged by 81% and the bounce rate decreased by 6%, the lowest all year. The improved user experience increased returning customers by 30%, while first-time customers jumped by 74%.
