After not seeing results with their out-of-state marketing agency in terms of advertising effectiveness and conversions, Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino partnered with Commit Agency to develop and deploy a comprehensive digital marketing plan to increase conversions among its target audience across paid search, Google My Business, digital display, social ads and YouTube video ads. Beginning with an extensive mystery shop, Commit evaluated the entirety of a guest’s experience across all property outlets. For each area of focus, Commit designed experiences to engage, grow and keep Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino’s target consumers. Additionally, Commit develops quarterly/seasonal creative campaigns that are executed across all digital and traditional channels. As a result of this new strategy, Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino is seeing 115% more online revenue while spending half of what was spent previously on those channels.
