The Challenge:

TASER Self Defense, the civilian division of Axon, challenged Commit to elevate its brand presence online to better resonate with its distinct target audience.

Commit’s Strategy:

We immediately got to work with the goal of increasing website traffic, regaining current customer satisfaction and enticing new customers through a streamlined and engaging user experience. Beginning with a solid strategy based on in-depth research and knowledge of the marketplace, Commit’s web and creative teams brainstormed ways to make the Pulse 2 product page irresistible to potential customers. The success of these efforts were so tangible, Commit’s scope of work was expanded to include new product naming, packaging and more for their upcoming product line still in development.

Measurable Results:

All this amped up marketing resulted in an immediate 9% increase in online store sessions, with a 19% rise in sessions driven by search traffic. Visitor count increased by 10%, conversion rates improved by 75%, total orders surged by 81% and the bounce rate decreased by 6%, the lowest all year. The improved user experience increased returning customers by 30%, while first-time customers jumped by 74%.
