Mountain Shadows leadership was looking for a marketing partner to define the resort’s story after undergoing a complete redevelopment. Commit Agency was tapped to develop a strategic experience design strategy to help the resort create moments worth sharing.
Beginning with a new, elevated brand that could create boldly distinctive luxury experiences at critical guest touch points, Commit worked directly with Mountain Shadows’ stakeholders to create functional and experiential moments within an artistic environment that encourages connections – enhanced by a staff attuned to the discerning desires and the creative tastes of its guests. Social look, feel and voice. A sense of arrival. Guided scripts for intuitive guest interactions. Gallery curation, restaurant take-away boxes and on-property enhancements to create the “moments-between-moments” guests remember. Wayfinding and pool area enhancements that honor the mid-century aesthetic. From infused waters at valet to a stylized ice cream cart, every touchpoint was designed for brand lovers who seek uncommon experiences and rejuvenation.
The result was a holistic experience that integrates and amplifies the resort’s brand story and aspirational category frame of reference as Paradise Valley’s most distinguished urban lifestyle resort.
