In the spirit of the New Year, we asked our team what they are hopeful for in 2016, whether it be looking forward to something or resolving to do (or change) something. Here’s what they had to say.

In 2016 I am looking forward to my trip to Thailand and Cambodia in January. I’ve never been to Asia and I am really excited to explore a whole new world! I’m also looking forward to learning and growing more as a designer here at Commit in 2016.

My New Year’s goals are to lose 15 pounds, save more money and have a lot of fun!

My goal for 2016 is to dive headfirst into the beauty of my new surroundings and make the most out of my new career. On a professional level, my goal is to do my best creative work ever as a member of Commit. On a personal level, my goal is to bag at least 216 summits of Squaw/Piestewa Peak—my new home mountain in my new backyard. That’s 216 summits for 2016!

I am resolving to finally finish my 9th book in 2016! It’s always exciting to bring to life the voices in my head, whether it be a client’s brand voice or the characters I live with on a daily basis, there is something infinitely rewarding in opening the floodgates to creativity.
