The Challenge:

After successfully building homes in Arizona for more than 45 years, Camelot Homes felt that the design of its existing website was becoming outdated and no longer aligned with the high-end, forward-thinking company it had evolved into. In addition, website traffic was decreasing and was not producing qualified leads at the pace that was needed.

Commit’s Strategy:

Our goal was to create consistent, seamless, multi-dimensional brand experiences for consumers across all channels. We determined that the overall web experience had several pinch points that were causing users to drop off or bounce. We designed, built and launched a new website for Camelot Homes, ensuring the entire site communicated a distinguishing brand message with an updated look, feel, color palette and lifestyle-centric imagery to communicate the brand. Our digital team also ensured the maximum usability of pages for each community by highlighting each development’s floor plans and individual features and providing updated lot availability.

Measurable Results:

Through these integrated marketing efforts, Camelot saw website sessions increase by nearly 40 percent, with the majority of the lift being attributed to organic sources: search (up nearly 30 percent) and social (up by more than 125 percent). This success is due to our ability to improve search rankings through on- and off-page SEO and our team’s ability to curate compelling content that drives clicks.
