Responsibilities & Details:

  • Drive project execution — Keep deliverables moving forward, on time and on budget.
  • Own client relationships — Act as the day-to-day point of contact and build trust with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments.
  • Lead client meetings — Lead weekly status calls, present confidently in person and virtually.
  • Maintain project documentation — Create work orders, scopes of work, creative briefs, timelines, and status updates.
  • Ensure quality control — Review all client deliverables to ensure brand alignment and strategic intent.
  • Support billing and forecasting — Help with invoicing preparation and budget tracking.
  • Stay curious and passionate — Continue learning, growing, and loving what you do.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong client presentation skills, organizational, communication, and writing skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Sheets/Excel)
  • Experience with Workamajig, Teamwork, or other task management systems.
  • Google Analytics certification a bonus
  • Ability to work both in-office and remotely (minimum 3 days a week in office, must have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home for remote work).
