Production Artist

Overview:

Are you a team-oriented, organized, vibrant self-starter with one to three years’ experience who can not only handle the day-to-day production work, but also have a keen eye for type and design balance? Are you someone who can handle multiple projects, thrive on collaboration, isn’t afraid of deadlines and wants to pitch in wherever is needed? Do you want to work with creative/associate creative directors, designers and copywriters to develop digital and social ads, print, outdoor and other branded communications? Do you have a solid command of key Adobe Creative Suite programs, know how to correctly execute on a multitude of digital formats and have a basic understanding of traditional print production? If so, we’re looking for a rebel just like you!

Responsibilities & Details:

Responsibilities

  • Take direction from creative leaders and account managers to create ads
    in multiple formats and platforms
  • Understand best practices for digital and traditional ad builds
  • Have a basic understanding of interactive and web layout from a
    production standpoint
  • Can systematically execute multiple ad sizes for digital campaigns
  • Works well under pressure to get files created in a timely manner

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years experience as a production artist or junior designer
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD
  • Understand typography and have a good feel for typesetting
  • Have a basic understanding of color formatting (CMYK, RGB, HEX)
  • A great attitude and willingness to grow, improve and contribute to
    the success of the agency
  • Graphic Arts or comparable training or degree helpful, but not necessary
