• I am satisfied with my project as it was presented to me in the development site. Any questions or concerns about my project as presented on the development site have been sufficiently addressed by my Commit Agency account representative.
    • Any and all corrections or changes I have requested have been addressed to my satisfaction.
    • All changes that have been made outside of the original project scope have been discussed with me, and I have been invoiced any additional amounts owed to Commit Agency.
    • I am responsible for providing a qualified technical support provider to address any issues during launch that are not within the scope of my original contract pertaining to this project, or are outside of the expertise of the Commit Agency staff.
    • I am responsible for promptly communicating with Commit Agency during the launch process. Commit Agency is not responsible for any launch delays due to my delayed communication.
  • Meeting all of the above requirements, and barring an extreme circumstance, Commit Agency will have my site live and operational within 1-3 business days.
