The sitemap is a critical step in setting the site development process up for success. It represents the architecture of the website in development and is the foundation of how the new site will flow, both from an informational standpoint and prioritizing user interface effectively.

Submission of this form indicates that I approve the sitemap, which will be used to develop the website project currently in process.

I have reviewed and am satisfied with my sitemap as well as project progress to date. Any questions or concerns about my project as presented have been sufficiently addressed by my Commit Agency account representatives.
Any and all corrections or changes I have requested have been addressed to my satisfaction.
All changes that have been made outside of the original project scope prior to approval have been discussed, and I have been invoiced any additional amounts owed to Commit Agency. Any additional changes which occur to the approved sitemap will impact programming and be invoiced, which also means that the timeline for launch will be affected.
I am responsible for promptly communicating with Commit Agency during this process. Commit Agency is not responsible for any launch delays due to my delayed communication.
