Senior Account Manager

Overview:

Commit Agency is looking for an experienced and charismatic Senior Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills; can effectively set and meet deadlines; knows the ins and outs of the Google Suite; and is a quick learner. This person is also comfortable talking with colleagues, clients and vendors.


Responsibilities & Details:

  • Must live locally in the Phoenix metro area
  • Contributing to client strategic direction
  • Leading and facilitating client brand development initiatives
  • Working with an interdisciplinary team to build marketing plans that exceed client goals
  • Generating new ideas for clients—and then selling clients on your ideas
  • Cultivating client relationships
  • Building internal camaraderie
  • Leading, arranging and attending meetings (internally and externally)
  • Developing strategic creative and media briefs packed with data and analytics
  • Driving projects forward from start to finish
  • Evaluating campaign ROI and determining how to increase it going forward
  • Developing scope of work documents and project timelines
  • Keeping up to date on marketing trends and educating the team on what you know
  • Creating work orders
  • Client estimating and billing
  • Monitor and forecast client invoicing
  • Preparing materials and presentations for existing client projects and new business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
  • 4+ years at an advertising agency, including 3+ years in account management
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience required
  • Experience developing and planning marketing strategies required
  • 1+ years department management experience preferred
