Responsibilities & Details:

  • Support Account Managers — Help ensure client success and satisfaction through day-to-day project support.
  • Keep projects moving — Create and traffic work orders, track timelines, and help keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Document details — Take thorough notes during client and internal meetings; ensure follow-up items are clear.
  • Assist with estimates and billing — Support project scoping, estimates, and monthly billing preparation.
  • Prepare deliverables — Build and format client presentations, reports, and recap documents.
  • Coordinate meetings — Schedule and organize internal and client meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to agency culture — Build internal camaraderie, share marketing trend insights, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or client service role (internships count!)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); project management software experience a plus
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work both in-office and remotely (minimum 3 days a week in office; must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home)
