Today, he serves on the board for Home Matters to Arizona, the first statewide Home Matters initiative focused on a new generation of housing, connected communities and healthier individuals, families and economies. Previously, Dave was a public accountant with Arthur Andersen and a financial litigation consultant with Navigant Consulting. Born and raised in Arizona, Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from U of A, a Master of Public Administration from USC and a certificate from the Executive Program for Nonprofits at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

His expertise spans asset management, operations oversight and development of luxury and resort properties across the country.
A certified public accountant and graduate of Indiana University, John began his career in corporate finance at Ramada International before leading regional consulting practices for Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte & Touche and PKF. Passionate about community engagement, he serves on the Board of Directors for White Mountain Country Club and the Arizona Humane Society’s Capital Campaign Board. John and his wife reside in Scottsdale with their two dogs and enjoy golf, skiing and exploring the outdoors.

Marcia Mintz is President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley, the largest youth and workforce development organization in Arizona. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, she has guided large-scale growth and transformation across nonprofit, healthcare and international sectors. Under her leadership, BGCAZ grew from 13 to 32 sites and increased annual revenue from $16 million to $90 million, establishing it as one of the largest club systems in the nation.
Previously, Marcia held senior leadership roles with HonorHealth and JCL Foundation, where she drove strategic partnerships, mergers and operational initiatives that delivered lasting impact. Her career also includes global coalition work across Latin America and Europe, developing education and medical collaborations.
Recognized as one of Arizona’s most influential women in business, Marcia serves on advisory councils for Arizona State University and Maricopa Community Colleges and is a trustee for the Arizona School of the Arts Foundation.
