  • I approve my project design as provided by Commit Agency. I have had all of my questions and concerns addressed by my Commit Agency account representative. I grant Commit Agency permission to begin coding my website, in accordance with the design provided.
  • Design modifications requested after this approval is received will carry an additional cost. If additional changes are required during the coding phase, Commit Agency will provide an hourly quote for those costs, and no billable change will be made without my prior approval.
  • The costs associated with any third party assets or stock photography required for the completion of my project are my sole responsibility. If I, at Commit Agency's direction, purchase these assets, I will not be billed any additional amount for them. If they are purchased by Commit Agency, it is my responsibility to reimburse Commit Agency upon final invoice. A summary of these costs will be provided.
  • I am responsible for obtaining the necessary hosting for my project with a provider supported by Commit Agency.
  • I am responsible for the purchase of the domain name of my choice. Commit Agency will assist me in launching my project with regard to basic DNS settings as outlined in my contract.
  • All final project components and designs created by Commit Agency hereby become my intellectual property at such time as my account is paid in full.
