You’re eager to grow your accounting skills while working closely with our Office Manager in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Details:

  • Billing support — Assist with client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Accounts payable and receivable — Help process vendor invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
  • Month-end close assistance — Support reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain financial records — Keep documentation organized and compliant with agency policies.
  • Discrepancy research — Assist in investigating and resolving billing or accounting variances.
  • Audit and reporting support — Provide documentation and administrative assistance for audits and financial reporting needs.
  • Team collaboration — Work directly with the Office Manager and provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (Associate’s or equivalent experience considered)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or finance support
  • Familiarity with accounting software; Workamajig experience a plus but not required\
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Excel
  • Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work both in-office and remotely (minimum 3 days a week in office; must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home)
