Commit Agency is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Digital Director (or Digital Marketing Supervisor, depending on experience) to help lead and grow our Digital Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution — a confident client-facing leader who can guide digital strategy, mentor team members, and roll up their sleeves to build and optimize campaigns when needed.
You’ll work closely with the Digital Director and collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive measurable results. The right candidate is both people- and performance-minded, capable of leading conversations with senior-level clients

Responsibilities & Details:

  • Serve as the day-to-day digital lead for select clients, managing strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Confidently present campaign plans, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Support the Digital Director in translating client objectives into actionable digital media strategies across channels (search, social, display, video, and more).
  • Provide leadership and mentorship for digital team members, offering guidance, QA, and feedback on campaign setup, performance, and client communication.
  • Act as the department lead in the Director’s absence, ensuring client communication and deliverables remain seamless.
  • Oversee campaign builds, launches, pacing, and optimization across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts directly and review the work of Digital Marketing Managers for quality and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with messaging and brand objectives.
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs, translate performance data into actionable insights, and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of digital marketing managers and a coordinator, fostering an environment of curiosity, accountability, and growth.
  • Help evolve department processes, templates, and QA standards to improve efficiency and quality across all digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and emerging platforms.
  • Confident, polished communicator with experience leading client presentations and building relationships at the senior level.
  • Demonstrated success managing or mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, StackAdapt or similar DSPs, Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration between Account, Creative, and Media teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
