Commit Takes Home Five ADDY Awards from Phoenix Ad Club

(CHANDLER, Ariz.) — The Valley’s foremost authority on digital strategy and branding, Commit Agency, is pleased to announce multiple wins at this year’s ADDY Awards. The Chandler-based advertising agency brought home five trophies from this year’s local awards ceremony, held on Friday, March 15 at the Phoenix Art Museum. The awards, presented annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and Phoenix Ad Club, highlight the previous year’s best advertising work in a wide variety of categories.

This year, Commit secured the following wins:

  • Gold – Goodwill – “Expect the Unexpected” TV spot
  • Gold – Hickman’s – Out-of-home and ambient advertising – food truck
  • Silver – Commit – white paper agency resource
  • Silver – SpotRx – copywriting
  • Bronze – Skytop – online/interactive social media – summer video

The two gold awards will go on to compete in the regional ADDY competition later this year.

Winning eight ADDYs at last year’s ceremony, Commit’s steep upward trend is primed to continue in 2019 as the agency continues to carve out a formidable status in the regional branding and advertising markets.

The ADDYs are the advertising industry’s most prestigious competition, attracting more than 40,000 entries every year in local AAF Club competitions. The ADDY Awards competition is designed to recognize the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising. The local Ad Club phase is the first of a three-tier, national competition.
